The under 14 squad has some players who have been with the Centre of Excellence for two years.   Steve Bartlett, works with people with disabilities in London and previously worked for 10 years at the Trust with disadvantaged groups, is once again appointed as Head Coach for this age group.  He is well known for his outstanding work with disabled footballers and also with disadvantaged and underrepresented youngsters.

His coaching style enables him to communicate very well with young players and he is a popular member of the coaching staff. Kayleigh Morgan is currently in her second year with the Female Football Academy and also progressed through the Centre of Excellence, she also represents the Women's Team.
