Monday session split into 2
parts
1 hour technique including warm
up/1 hour tactical including
cool down
Thursday session 1 hour of
fitness including warm up and
cool down

Positive - build confidence and
self esteem
Don't see mistakes as failure
but as an opportunity to learn

To build an atmosphere where
players feel challenged and
inspired to perform and express
themselves on the pitch
Coach and highlight what players
